Two bedroom house for rent. House located right off K-10. 25-30 minute drive into Overland Park, very close to Lawrence. The house is in the country. Mercury wireless is the internet provider-Tenant pays for their own internet service. Looking for long term stable employed adult/s. Washer and Dryer hook up. Central heating and A/C. More then welcome to plant a garden by the house. Lawn care and trash service included.
We have had a lot of questions about pets for the house. We have spent a lot of money fixing up this house and making it as nice as we can. With pets we have discussed considering making small exceptions.
1. Pets have to be small and there is a limit of 2.
2. Extra deposit of $250 non-refundable for any pets
3. Additional cost per month of $100 added to the $850. $850+$100=$950pm
4. We do not have a fenced in yard for this house
5. Dogs would need to be walked on leashes-There are Chickens, Ducks and Cats that we do not want chased or attacked by dogs.
6. Any pet has to be house broken
7. Upon moving out carpets have to be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner
We have had a lot of requests for Viewings and application. We are currently setting a schedule with everyone who has inquired about the property to view the house. We will be giving a Paper application when you come view the house. The viewing will start Sunday the 15th of October-All Day, We will have viewings every evening Oct 16-20th, We will also be holding viewing the 21st and the 22nd of Oct throughout the day. Viewings will be by Appointment Only. Applicants will be required to pay for a Background check.
Owner pays for water and trash services. Tenant is responsible for other utilities and internet. Applicant pays the cost for a background check.
