If you are a part time resident, you would never have a bill, the power company would be paying you! This home is in a very quiet, highly desirable, walled subdivision. Wonderful friendly neighborhood, mostly retired couples.

I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
