Lovely 1 bedroom/1 bath home in Springfield. Close to everything but located on a low-traffic E Street. Lots of windows throughout keep home light and bright. Laminate floors in living room and bedroom, linoleum in kitchen. Big bedroom with walk-in closet. Tenant will need to supply the refrigerator. Large laundry room with door to back yard and washer/dryer hook-ups. Huge fenced backyard with two locking storage sheds, one with electric. Additionally, there is a fully enclosed and gated area that could be suitable for small animals. Space to park an R/V or trailer in driveway. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for yard care. Smoking permitted outside only.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
