Description

Large 3br 2.5ba 1586sqft Condo in a private gated community in Lakeside located directly across the street from Lindo Lake Park.

The unit includes Laundry and Detached 2 Car Garage that's slightly oversized so you can actually fit 2 cars in it. Garage also has built in storage.

The Condo is 2 stories with the kitchen and living room downstairs with a half bath and full sized washer and dryer. The downstairs is open concept flowing from kitchen to dining to living room. Downstairs also has a built in Two-Desk setup for a place for multiple PC setups. Off the kitchen is a sliding door that goes to a fenced patio with an optional included Grill.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large Master suite with vaulted ceilings, a standard closet, and an additional walk in closet.

Both upstairs bathrooms have been recently fully remodeled with new floors, new shower, new tub, tile walls, new sinks and vanities, new toilet.

There is parking for Two vehicles in the Garage, additional vehicles would need to be street parked outside of the complex.

The complex features two pools and two hot tubs.

Rent would be $3,100/month on a 1yr lease and then month to month after that.

Only asking for a $1,000 security deposit. Maybe I'll get burned by this, but I always felt that security deposits were outrageous. I'm trying to be fair and reasonable.

Ultimately my goal is to offer a great place at as fair of a price that I can offer to where you'll be happy to stay and call it home.

Will be available February 1st, possibly sooner or as late as March 1st if that suits you, but I can work with you to be flexible on timing.
