Washer/dryer hook up, central AC, electric heat, partially fenced yard. 15-20 minutes from Prescott Valley. Apartment C faces 2nd street (Duplex with 2 other apartments face Main St.). Fill out application on Zillow, fairly priced because I want decent tenants that will maintain the property and pay rent on time. Trash service included in rent. No more than 2 people will be allowed in this property.

Water and electric

Tenant pays all utilities, no more that 2 people living in the property. One dog allowed, $100 pet deposit to be included with total deposit, plus $60 deposit for water.
