The house is located between Eleanor and Buffalo and convenient to Teays Valley being only 1.5 miles from Route 35 and 2 miles from the Toyota plant. This evil woman dumped two helpless dogs by a dumpster on the side of the road, caught on security cameras. what’s even more vile is she has more animals and foster children in the home. This woman is extremely dangerous and needs to be properly and deeply investigated
