There are washer/dryer hookups behind louvered doors in kitchen. Nice yard as well as 2 designated off-street parking spots for this unit. On street parking is also available. Each unit has it's own basement for storage. Heat is oil fired hot air and hot water is electric. These are paid by tenant. Lawn care and snow removal are also included as well as trash removal. There is 24 -HR emergency service. A $30 non-refundable application fee is required for credit check. Good credit is a MUST. Email for an appointment to see this apartment. No dogs allowed.
