    "I have no idea what dog owners like or don’t like. We are not dog owners. It would be nice though if our neighborhood dog owners took ownership of their pet friends droppings & picked up after them so the rest of us don’t have to dodge land mines. I assume there are no HOA fees in the new development so people feel like they can just do whatever they want & not take care of the earth we all live on. "
