Perfectly situated near Hwy 101, local shops, and just a leisurely stroll from downtown's charming restaurants, boutiques, and tasting rooms, this home offers the ideal location for visitors. From the moment you step inside, you'll be welcomed by timeless character and warmth. This space offers original hardwood floors, coved ceilings, two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, central AC, and a newly upgraded kitchen featuring butcher block countertops, open shelving, and a beautiful SMEG refrigerator. Visitors will enjoy the tranquil backyard which offers a private deck where lovely views await you (deer sightings are not uncommon!).

Utilities are covered within the cost of rent up to $250 (water and electricity). If costs exceed this amount, the difference will be added to the following month's rent OR deducted from the rental deposit (upon mutual agreement). There is a no-smoking policy on the property. No pets are allowed. Visitors may stay up to one night per month before incurring an additional fee of $199 per night.

Upon agreement, the lease is not to exceed a 6 month stay.

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
