About this House

We are the original owners of the single family two story home. This family oriented home has 4 bedrooms, formal dining room, breakfast nook and breakfast bar. The orientation of the kitchen and the family room are perfect for families that like to hang out together, everyone loves to be in the kitchen, with this format everyone can. The view out the back takes you to a tropical paradise. Including a large kidney shaped pool from 3' to 9' with a slide, sprayer and near by fountain. All yards are completely sprinklered including drips systems in the planters. As a added bonus this paradise includes a separate private Jacuzzi that seats 6. Pool is a salt system to save on chemicals and has a recent high efficiency multi-speed pump system. Bedroom layout is 1 room downstairs, 3 upstairs which includes the Master. The two standard upstairs bedrooms share a complete bath. Master includes a walk in closet and a large sitting area. As an addition this home includes ceiling fans in all rooms, rooms are also hardwired with cat-5 for additional computer use and the family room contains gas/wood burning fireplace. We are on a dead end street which limits traffic in the area. 04/16/15

This used to be a great school some few years back. My 3 oldest kids have attended this school some sense kinder but now I cant wait for my son to finish this school year so I can move him to another school. My son has gone through some bad things in this school and things dont ever get resolve like their supposed to. Just so dissappointed with how the school has being working the past couple of years.

"It's a somewhat older area in terms of residents, but pretty safe nonetheless. A little dark at night because there aren't enough lamp posts, but it's still fine at night for a walk. "

"Regardless of how safe the neighborhood is generally, it is better to always keep doors locked, both house and car. People from outside the neighborhood like to come and walk around in the middle of the night in the hopes that car doors are unlocked and this is happened a number of times throughout the years. "
