Description

Excellent, clean 2nd floor corner unit at Douty Court Apartments (Cortner of E. Cortner and Douty Street), Hanford, CA. Very quiet location in North Hanford.
This unit has a large (230 square feet Living room) and each bedroom is about 165 square feet. Bathroom with tub and shower and fully functional kitchen (all-electric). Each unit comes with a refrigerator, stove, and electric oven. Each apartment has a designated carport space and a storage unit. The property has coin-operated laundry within 50 feet of the unit.
Again, this is a second-floor unit and requires going up via steps. Do not apply if you have restrictions on taking about ten steps.

Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. This is an all-electric unit and the tenant pays for electricity.
We do not allow any form of smoking inside or within 25 feet of the apartment. The rule applies to any tenants even with marijuana holding cards.
We have full-time 24-hour employees for maintenance-related needs.
All leases are yearly leases. If a tenant leaves before the completion of leases, lease the security deposit (military clause exclusion applies).
We do not allow any pets (except fish etc.) in our 2nd-floor apartment.
We require a minimum income of 2.75 times ($2825 minimum) for the rent to qualify.
We do accept Section 8 with a clean background. The income requirement is still 2.75 times including the Section 8 subsidy.

    "Lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Our little frenchie got out and he was returned home safe and sound by a neighbor. People look out for the fur babies here. There are a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood so keep your dog on a leash."

    "Very dog friendly neighborhood. We have two dogs and walk them both on and off leash with no issues. There are plenty of parks and dog parks for dogs to run free around the area. If a dog gets loose people always try get it back to its owner. Ours got out a few times and they always got back home thanks to our dog loving neighbors. "
