An open floor plan, coastal interiors, and a spacious dining table create a welcoming setting for daily living. The den features a sleeper sofa and a privacy door, providing flexible space separate from the main living area.

A private path leads to a sandy beach along Lagoon Pond an inviting spot to swim, paddle, or simply enjoy the waterfront setting.
A private boat mooring may be arranged separately, subject to availability, additional charges, and Harbor Master approval. It can accommodate boats approximately 40 45 feet long under normal conditions. Contact us to discuss mooring arrangements for the rental term.

The main kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishware, and flatware.
The home is furnished with linens and towels and equipped with a washer and dryer, heating, wall air-conditioning units, ceiling fans, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and hangers. Wi-Fi and keyless entry are available. Utility and internet payment responsibilities will be specified in the rental agreement.
