Walk up the steps towards this 2-bedroom unit and open the door to a spacious living room with attached dining area where you can enjoy meals prepared in the adjacent cozy kitchen outfitted with high end appliances. Proceed to the large 2 bedrooms equipped with double-pane windows and an updated bathroom down the hall. Each bedroom comes with its own closet and there are additional closets in the hall and bathroom as well as a 1/4 bath. Everything is set up for your enjoyment. Relax in the large private backyard (approximately 2,000 sqft) where you can plant veggies and herbs in the raised garden beds. Totaling 900 sq ft, the unit is equipped with a high quality stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as a it's own washer and dryer below the unit. It also comes with a detached one car garage that is equipped with a 240V sub-panel if you like to charge your electric vehicle or take on DIY projects. Unit is rented unfurnished.
REQUIREMENTS
- Verifiable household income that is at least 2.5x times the monthly rent and stable income history or other lawful, verifiable proof of ability to pay

You are within a hop skip and jump from Oakland famous Lake Merritt/Lakeshore area, Piedmont, Jack London Square, great supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Farmer Joe's and Lucky's are equal distance), many restaurants and farmers market. Walk score of 69, bike score of 65 and transit score of 55! Also 5 mins by foot from Highland General Hospital and 10 minute drive from Redwood Regional Park and its many hiking trails.
