Ok this is one of my very favorite homes. Now you know I see hundreds of homes per year, so that is saying something. Gleaming, that is the only word to describe everything in this very special move in ready home. Drive up and see most of the homes in this subdivision are much much larger to the tune of 3500 square feet. You know the best place to be is one of the more modest homes in an area of much more expensive homes. Drive up and see the beautiful young oaks, and hilly streets. It is just lovely here. Step inside to the lovely tile foyer with it's vaulted ceilings, sidelight windows and gorgeous floors. The entry way to the living room is just beautiful, with the sunny windows, gorgeous pool and patio and just wonderful decor. The floors just gleam with a rich patina, that makes you feel so warm and stately. The kitchen is off the family room and has the most wonderful glass tile backsplash, stainless appliances that are ALL upgraded. No 'plain ole' oven here. This is one very fancy convection variety. The Microwave and dishwasher are recent and the adorable eat in kitchen area and bar are just the best parts of this very lovely upgraded kitchen. There is a formal living/dining room as well that is large enough for any kind of dining furniture, or can be converted to an in home office/study/craft room. What ever you desire, this room can become. Now onto the bedrooms and baths. All updated with fresh paint, flooring and great style, the bedrooms are oversized and have plenty of storage. The baths are updated with neutral colors and wood cabinets and the hall bath opens to the great fantastic screened pool area. The laundry room is the first room past the garage, and large with hanging space and room for extra cabinetry for soap storage.
