"plenty of children play outside, and walk home from school which is really nice to see. people dont drive too quickly through the neighborhood roads and it is quiet and peaceful"

"there is good quick access to 23rd st, Crysler, and Noland Road. There is also easier ways to 39th St, I-70 and 40 Hwy once you learn the neighborhood. "

"There’s a dog park at Santa Fe park and there’s always good people with nice dogs there. Everyone in our neighborhood looks after each others pets, if we see them out we will notify each other and or try to help get them home"
