We are searching for tenants that are plant lovers! There is an established vegetable garden (almost 1000 sf, including a 64 square-foot established asparagus plot), and blueberries, blackberries, grapes, a fig tree, and many flower beds. We are willing to assist with management (we live next-door) but are searching for someone who would love this wonderful asset and put it to use.

*There may be a few nights per month where we will ask for no outdoor lighting, and for blackout shades (provided) to be drawn on one side of the house so that we can practice astro-photography in our yard on that side.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Please inquire about pets no outdoor cats and unfortunately we have canine breed specific language in our liability insurance policy.

    "I don't think there is any public transportation. I don't live too far from downtown so I could probably walk it. I think there is a cab but it may need to be called a day ahead of time. They are putting in some bike lanes. Otherwise it is automobiles. "

    "The town has a number of street festivals with Arts and crafts and food vendors. They just had a big bike race- Assault on the Carolinas. There is an annual AAUW used book sale with +30k books. Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."
