Description

Welcome to 125 Cyprus Lane, a gorgeous turn-key Colonial home in the desirable community of Manchester Farms! From the wide front porch, step into the grand, 2 story foyer that leads you to the formal living room, dining room and great room. On the main level you'll find beautiful hand-scraped cherry hardwood floors throughout and the flexible floor plan also has a first floor bedroom right next to the full bath. The upgraded kitchen boasts an abundance of 42" maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, extended center island with seating, and a bright breakfast area with slider to the rear deck. Relax and enjoy the spacious 2-story family room offering a gas fireplace and an abundance of natural light! The little ones will love the adorable playhouse professionally custom built underneath the steps to the second floor (with a mural that resembles the front of the actual house). The second level offers a massive master retreat with cathedral ceiling, his and hers walk-in closets, and a master bath featuring a soaking tub, stall shower, separate toilet room, double vanities and tile flooring. There is also a lockable storage room attached to the master bedroom. There are 3 additional, generously-sized bedrooms and a full hall bath on the second floor. The finished basement touts a partially finished full bathroom that, coupled with the windowless, partially finished room (with lights and electrical outlets installed) could easily convert into a sixth oversized bedroom, complete with a walk-in lighted closet! Sit back and enjoy a warm summer evening on your rear deck overlooking the flat, sprawling backyard with plenty of privacy and a double-layer fence great for securing pets who love to roam. The two-car garage offers additional storage solutions. This highly sought-after, level lot is tucked away in a lovely community and conveniently located just minutes from the train station, shopping, dining and major roadways for commuting! A mere 2 miles from Thorndale Train Station, 10 miles to West Chester, and 18 miles to Malvern.

"Christmas parades are awesome for the kids. Also outside concerts and game days for the kids, brings something great to the community. "
  • Fpamiller
"People are always walking dogs my my neighborhood and it's quite family friendly. They will stop to chat and be friendly."
  • Tamill M.
"I live in this neighborhood of coatesville. A lot of nosey people but for the most part I minds my business and stay to myself. It’s not that bad for me. My neighbors are not bad we get along for the most part. We can borrow food from each other when needed. Parking may be a little scarce. Get togethers could be a little difficult due to parking. Not enough parks for the visitors. You get some bad neighbors after a while but nothing to bad if so you just live with it or move to another location but I feel Coatesville is becoming better day by day. Family and friends are coming together to make it a better community. They have big plans for Coatesville and I’m excited to see what’s in store for our future children. The kids today have a absolutely nothing to do other then school. Schools have after school programs for parents who work a little later to help the kids with homework and school work. I feel safe in my neighborhood because I know almost everybody or know a family member. Mostly everybody in Coatesville know each other or a family member. Unless the person may not be from around the area."
  • Jenheacock
"Great neighborhood. Friendly and everyone watches out for one another! Lots of dogs in the neighborhood and we all look out for each other’s in an instance in which they get lost etc"
  • Beemc1
"There are parks that allow dog walking. They provide litter bags to make it easy to pick up dog mess. "
  • shallock
"Beautiful area, quiet, and the neighbors are nice. However, the roads are very narrow and windy, and fairly treacherous in inclement weather. 4wd or AWD is a must if you need to get around in the wintertime. "
  • Heather M.
"My mom has lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years staying with until I find a 2 bedroom it is quiet and in the woods peaceful I guess "
  • Alyssa P.
"The Coatesville school district is a last resort and many families use private school. The high taxes don’t line up with this. However, home prices are relatively affordable. "
  • Joanna M.
"There is no dog parks near by. There is dog poop on sidewalks. Some like it, but others don’t. There are more cat people."
  • JoAnna M.
"I do not like this area And unsafe for kids and large families. People do not clean up after there dogs. Plus they do not respect people privacy."
  • Julia N.
"Their is not alot to do in Coatesville that's why I'm trying to move outside of Coatesville and the transportation system is horrible the buses are always late, no real activities for teenagers around here."
  • Jeremy S.
"It’s. Nice school district is a little rough but it’s a nice area there’s private schools for your kids "
  • Tyree
"schools and the community not sure about this area to much I work in valley and like the customers that live in the area"
  • Lfterrell
"I'm retired, but for my neighbors they all drive their POVs. public transportation is not convenient. "
  • lindsay B.
"Take me only 45 minutes to get to work every morning The commute to work isn't bad The bus is only crowded early in the mornings in the evenings not so much nice area to live in "
  • Rosebud41 s.
"My neighborhood has limited access to public transportation. You need a car to get around especially if you work in the city. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to drive to Thorndale so that I can take the train to Center City which takes 1 hr 20 minutes to get there. "
  • Barbara M.
"It’s small out here a lot of places are walking distance but no big or major grocery stores in town. A car is necessary "
