125 Cherry is a 9 unit multi level building which is gated and has shared courtyard which includes a BBQ, bistro table and common area A few short blocks from the Beach, Bixby park, shopping, dining, entertainment and freeway access. Bixby Park has a great Farmer's Market Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Unit is bright and airy features wood floors and tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fan, 2" blinds throughout. Bathroom had bath/shower combination. Kitchen includes stainless steel gas range, dishwasher, microwave, Quartz countertop and white shaker cabinets.
