This property was originally built in the early 1920s - this is a vintage Long Beach 4-plex. The building was remodeled in 2013.

There is a front bedroom and a back bedroom and both enjoy convenient access to the central kitchen and bathroom. Hardwood floors, granite countertops. Private front and back entrances. Ample modern windows.

This apartment features a washer and dryer, fridge and range. Since the washer/dryer are provided as an amenity, the resident would be responsible for their maintenance.

The beach boardwalk is located 0.4 miles away (see photo). There are neighborhood retail and restaurants within walking distance, a free LB Circuit Shuttle service and proximity to downtown!

Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet rent.
No smoking allowed on property.
