This school is ran so unprofessional that they allowed the school secretary to put employees confidenttial information on her personal laptop, without employees permission. She then took the laptop with her to visit her brother and incidently it was stolen. All the information someone needs for identity theft was on the laptop, but the school refuses to take resposibility for their actions and will not buy identity theft protection for the employees. There are clear rules from ODE as to how personnel files are to be handled, the school did not follow them. The secretary should have been fired, but lives with the Board Chair and so continues to work there-- I don't-- I quit-- Former Employee
