"Unsafe. None the women feel safe to walk their dogs here. I don’t know the community guidelines it would be whatever the city is, but that doesn’t matter. You should be asking what the yards look like and the neighbors stop and glare at you as a women. "Most places are safe for children. Spring and summer months are amazing. Also on certain Fridays out of every month there is a foster fest night I believe every first of the month Fridays "
