Kitchen appliances are not included but builder will work with buyer on selections. A bar separates kitchen from the sitting area and the dining room is along the back wall. It's a bright sunny room but those super windows will keep you cool and warm as the season dictates and your electric bills will still be low. Concrete countertops present both form and function and once you try them, you'll love the ease of use and care. A washer/dryer closet is at the backside of the stairs behind another sliding door so economy of motion is happening here. Cook, talk, entertain and take care of the chores. Out the back door there's 16 x 8 wood deck with the beginnings of a live privacy screen courtesy of mother nature. There's a fence going up on the east side to afford a bit of privacy. Blond wood stairs lead you to a 7 x 7 perch at the top where you can set up a mini office. Both bedrooms have pine floors and abundant sunshine. The bathroom has a tub/shower and walnut cabinetry with a concrete countertop. There's a covered porch upstairs with a southern exposure - a good spot to sit in the morning and listen to the birds wake up. Pomar is a single block street with a mix of new and older homes and a feeling reminiscent of some little streets in Key West.
