The house is available March 15, with potential to be available as early as Mar 3 depending on bathroom remodel.

Landlord lives out of town so please do not submit tour requests. We can coordinate a tour after a rental application is submitted. Thank you.

Owner pays for lawn service. Tenant is responsible for power, water/sewer, natural gas, and trash. Washer/dryer and fridge included. Pets negotiable with additional monthly pet fee and non-refundable pet deposit.
