Renter is responsible for heat (the house uses propane heat), electricity (Central Maine), internet (Tidewater fiber optic or your choice) and any other services.

Owner pays for snow plowing and mowing.

The house is available September 1, 2025 and the lease will end on June 30, 2026. Tenant has the option to resume the lease on September 1, 2026.

Prospective tenants must fill out a rental application and have excellent references, work history and steady employment. All tenants will be subject to a credit and background check. You will need first months rent to move in plus a security deposit.
