Coming from NYC, the parks are gorgeous and clean. A lot of restaurants and stores are in close proximity from neighborhoods. Overall it’s safe and peaceful."

"Gregory Gardens has a small town feel despite being so close to some of the largest cities in the country. People walk their dogs, kids ride their bikes to school, and most people keep up their homes so that the neighborhood still looks nice. There are a ton of older trees, which gives the neighborhood a natural vibe. "

"There are a number of homeless people about. Overall it’s a nice area. The schools are nearby and the college is close to the high school. There are nice walking trails for the kids to get to school "

"Not great on sidewalks, but plenty of community parks nearby. People mostly drove too fast on Oak Rd, even though there is an elementary school at the end of the street."
