"High crime below average schools declining businesses no decent place close to dine or dance crowed rather narrow streets high commute traffic on streets that a STILL TORN AFTER 3 YEARS this is a lower middle class neighborhood the average age of home is 60 years old and are estimation value of 53 dollars a square foot the ratings are either a lame joke or pull fantasy by desperate sellers"

"My family and I have lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. All the neighbors around here are great! We all look out for one another!! There are tons of things to do close by; restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. An awesome neighborhood to live in!!"
