Disappointing Program Direction and Coaching PerformanceThe wrestling program has been frustrating to watch due to what appears to be a lack of leadership, limited coaching knowledge, and a consistently poor competitive record. There seems to be little development of athletes, questionable match strategies, and minimal progress from season to season.A successful program requires a coach who can motivate athletes, teach sound fundamentals, and build a winning culture. Unfortunately, those elements have been missing, and the team continues to struggle as a result.At some point, changes need to be considered. The wrestlers deserve stronger leadership, better instruction, and a coach who can move the program

Little to no interactions with parents. No diversity and children of color are not protected

Alan and Andra Perrin Elementary School has been an excellent experience for our family. The teachers are genuinely caring, attentive, and committed to helping every child succeed—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The curriculum is well-balanced, and the school offers a variety of activities that keep students engaged and excited about learning. You can really see the dedication of the teachers and administration in everything they do.We’re also very impressed with Northwest Independent School District (NISD). The district provides strong leadership, excellent resources, and a clear focus on student growth and success. From academics to extracurricular opportunities, NISD consistently demonstrates a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.Overall, we feel very fortunate to be part of such a supportive school and district. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality educational environment.
