The tenant will receive at least 24 hours' notice before the owner accesses any stored items.

The owner pays for gardening and pool service. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and must place them in their name before move-in. The security deposit is due at lease signing, and the first month's rent is due before move-in in accordance with the lease.

The property is animal-friendly, subject to owner approval and agreed-upon pet terms. Maximum occupancy is five residents. No smoking is permitted.

I will say this... you rarely see homeless as compared to downtown or the avenue. Saticoy isn’t that bad when you compare it to the other side of town"
