This is the worst school ever. The teachers dont care about teaching or their students. The teachers are really good at yelling at their students. There is nothing good about this school, they are incompetent when it comes to doing their job. I would definitely fire all of them and start with people that care. They charge a fee to let students express theirselves by wearing a Halloween costume, if you want wear your pajamas on pajama day, there is another fee for that. No transparency with this school, if you think you can rely on them to get your student home, think again!! They can't even do that, I don't know how these people get paid for what they do. Just a big disappointment!!

The teachers themselves are amazing people but the administrative staff fail to hold that same standard for themselves. From miscommunications with families to not caring about mental health or excuses for absences or health, william blount does not treat students well. You will get a great education from your teachers but if you need any assistance with higher up issues you will not receive any support.

As a parent, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carpenters Elementary School! From the moment you step on campus, you feel an overwhelming sense of community and warmth. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to ensure every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. They treat each student like their own, and the level of dedication they show is truly remarkable. My children have not only thrived academically but also grown socially and emotionally because of the nurturing environment at Carpenters.The "Dream Team" spirit that the school emphasizes is felt throughout every aspect of the school day. Whether it's the engaging classroom lessons, the fun school events, or the genuine care from every staff member, you just know your child is in great hands. The principal and teachers take the time to get to know each student and their needs, and the open communication with parents is top-notch.My children come home excited to learn, share their experiences, and participate in school activities. Carpenters is more than just a school – it’s a true community where families are welcomed, and every student is supported on their individual journey. I feel incredibly lucky to have my children be part of such a positive and thriving school!
