Living room, Kitchen, and main bathroom were updated in 2018. 3 Car Garage, more space to park several trailers or other vehicles. Master Bedroom has extra closet space, and a master bath. 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The basement is partially finished with a 2nd living room, laundry, and a 5th bedroom if needed. Extra large deck on the south side of the house(always has sun). All the furniture in the house can stay if desired as it will be tossed if you don't want it(could be good to set up a second living room in the basement).

Owner pays water/sewer, heating, and trash service. Renter is responsible for electricity, snow removal, lawn care. All pets are welcome, they will love the open space for them to run, just open the door and let them go. No worries about streets, cars, or other people.
