Many of the tenants have lived here for decades and that says alot. Feel safe with the new Sherriff's Station directly across the street and catch up on all your reading at the brand new Library across the street as well. They have a weekly enriching story hour for young ones. This area is totally walkable. Everything you need is a block away: Grocery stores, Gym, Restaurants, Churches, public transportation, Hardware Store. Another block away is the beautiful, renewed Lindo Lake with picnic areas, a new fenced playground, skatepark, pickle ball, a lovely, nature 1 1/2 mile walk around the lake. You could not dream for more.
The beach is a comfortable 30 minute drive on nearby I-52 and Downtown just 30 minutes away. If mountains are what you are looking for, that is Lakeside's view and 20 minutes east will get you to the Laguna Mountains.
Vinyl flooring and many windows through out bring in the natural light.
The rent is $1890per month with $1890 security deposit.
We are looking for super clean, responsible tenants with long term positive rental history and stable, verifiable non term employment with combined income of minimum $4,300 per month.

One year lease then move to month to month if both parties agree. Owner pays water, trash, sewage, pest control. Tenant pays SDGE, cable, etc. Parking is off street behind building and one space per un it. Small dog or cat is possible.
No one with eviction records will be considered.
