Description

This is an older mobile home that is 40'L X 12' W with a 40'L X 12'W Arizona room built onto the back of it. It has a 40' X 8' front patio with a 40' X 8' awning built over it and a 40' X 10' awing built off the back over a 40'W X 50'D patio laid with hexagonal shape, cactus and sleeping man pavers. There is a 14'W X 24'D carport built on the back end of the trailer and Arizona room. There is a 6'W X 24'D screened cover attached to the length of carport. On the front end of the trailer and Arizona room next to the side fence is a garden spot, behind it a 14'W X 40'D screened full hookup RV spot, and behind that is a 10'W X 12'D storage shed. The lot is fully fenced with 3 sides (front, left side and back) being custom rock finish and the 4th side being Mexican brick. The back patio is fenced on two sides with custom rock with two open walkways through it. There are two huge ficus trees on either side of the back patio that keeps the back of the property in shade virtually all day. There is an automatic watering system with a timer that turns on and off in three different spots to water all the gardens whether you're there or not. The Arizona room has a rock finish floor. The trailer has been totally remodeled. New windows and doors, new
 sheetrock throughout with bullnose corners, new Pergo vinyl plank flooring, and a new kitchen with new dishwasher, new refrigerator (two door fridge and two drawer freezer with water and ice through the door), new range hood, a new reverse osmosis system that feeds the fridge for the ice, a new induction cook top, and new lighting.

    "my neighborhood is alright if you're on the straight and narrow. I'm sure if a person were using or selling illegal drugs in my neighborhood then it'd cause you a lot of drama. I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
