2 Bedroom 1Bath with Arizona room and Laundry Low maintenance exterior (landscape rock), carport, quite street, PV School District. Appliances.

One Year lease to start. Deposit can not be used for last months rent (it's a security deposit). $50 a day late fee for unpaid rent. Least application required (includes credit score, previous rental history, current job or work history). Renter pays all utilities and deposits for utilities. Must have renters insurance. Non Smokers Only! Pets on a case by case (restrictions on some dog breeds). Renter required to maintain landscape rock (no weeds), water and maintain trees. No none running vehicles, jacked up vehicles or vehicle maintenance on property. Only parking on paved driveway. No storage of any items around front or back yard. Any changes to interior/exterior of house only upon request.
