Rental is a 7 month lease, then possibly a month to month extension.
No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no over night guests without prior permission. Required deposit equal to first month's rent kept as security deposit. Cleaning fee of $150. Total due at lease signing is $3200. All utilities included.
Seperate rental bedroom available is a 10x12 foot furnished bedroom in the upstairs of this home. Comes with a queen bed, office table and chair, bedside table, lamp, and large closet. Ow ers belongings are stored in the other 2 bedrooms but you will have the house to yourself during the 6 month rental period. You will have access to the upstairs shared living room, bath and kitchen, bath with tub and shower, and gorgeous living room with 2 reclining sofas, tv, and use of fully stocked kitchen. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent I wanted to visit my sons math class, so I stopped in at the front office and made my request, she then called my son math teacher and she ok the visit. I was brought down to the math room[180] meet the math teacher before the class started,after couple minutes a staff member came to the room and said that this teacher had a meeting before her class, now the class was to start at 9:09 and the time was about 9:05 I thought this was strange. After a couple Minutes Co. principle Mendonsa came in the class room and told me that I had to leave, now I had received permission at the front office and a teacher herself HUGE RED FLAG. Now if the front office or the teacher had ask for me to come back another day that would of been fine.
