Shopping, schools, medical centers, and government agencies are situated near these gorgeous apartment homes. Your monthly investment to live in your beautiful two bedroom apartment homes is only 1025 per month. We ask out residents to live with us for twelve months. All residents maintain water, electricity, and gas utilities. Pictures are of a similar unit, not the actual unit.

Resident is responsible for electricity, water, and gas. Applications are 40 for everyone 18 and above, we do a background and eviction check, we do not check credit. Move in quickly! Gross income needs to be $2,500.00 per month (that means before taxes are taken out) in order to qualify by income.
