It's location is ideal for commuting in and around New Braunfels, as well as neighboring cities such as Schertz, Universal City, and San Antonio. It is only 2.5 miles from I-35, making your drive around New Braunfels or to other nearby cities quick and easy. Nearby amenities include restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, pharmacies, and shopping, including the nearby Walmart Supercenter (only 2.5 miles away).

Fully furnished home. Owner pays all utilities, including wifi.

Renter is responsible for the security deposit plus first month's rent prior to moving in, as well as any applicable fees outlined in the lease terms, such as the pet deposit.

Renter will be required to reserve the dates of their stay from check-in date to check-out date upon booking. However, if those dates shorten or extend during their stay, the renter may change the original dates if 30-days or more notice is provided. Please contact Property Manager (Dusty) for more information on those terms, if needed.

If more than one month is desired, rent will be due on the 1st of the month for all consecutive months renter will be renting.

Maximum of 9 people residing at the house per lease term.

Additional lease terms:

- Pets are allowed - 2 maximum (cats and dogs; other types of pets must be pre-approved). There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee due before check in. Pets must be well behaved and potty trained.

- There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property - no exceptions.

- There is a 2-car garage plus a driveway available for parking. A maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
