"pretty good schools, not the very best in town but above average for sure. People here are kind and stay mostly to themselves. there's a broad diversity in income from the minimum wage renters to upper middle class families. safe, quiet, pleasant place to live. "

"Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Rural feel while still being on the edge of the city. Easy access to MO-291 for access to major shopping and restaurant areas. Very green area with lots of nice mature trees. Very low crime area with neighbor watch."
