2,100 sq. ft waterfront home plus 2 car attached garage. 3 bedrooms (1 master suite upstairs, 1 master suite downstairs - both with walk-in closets), 3 full baths (double sinks in both Masters), 1 laundry upstairs and 1 laundry downstairs, open concept kitchen/dining/living room overlooking the lake. Water views from every room in the house. Attic storage accessed through man door in upstairs hallway. Much of the home's contents can be included: all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, window coverings, beds, dishes, etc. You will not find an opportunity like this again... on this lake or any other.

 Over 136+ ft water frontage, 2 boat put-ins on the property (easiest way to put in your kayak/canoe/etc), private dock, 2 sheds, daily sunset view. Located at the desirable end of the lake, near the "wake" zone for easy boating/jetskiing. Also, not far from Earl's Island Pavilion, the state park beach and campground, and the boaters' swimming area. Excellent fishing off the property. Down the street from the house is the State Park with children's playground, large boat put-in, and basketball court. Home is located on the main lake (not a channel), with a view of state park woods in front, private wooded lot behind, cove on one side, and great (part-time) neighbors on the other side. We are on a private drive that dead-ends six houses after ours.

 Winter is great for ice skating, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Spring brings back flora and fauna, including strawberries and a prolific black raspberry bush on the property. Summer is lake living at it's best with fishing, kayaking, swimming, jetskiiing, the annual boat parade in July, as well as several fireworks shows at this end of the lake. Autumn is a beautiful time to kayak, hike, bird watch, or boat over to the Heritage Fall Festival at the State Park. We have great neighbors, excellent schools, and fun festivals in our area. Experience it all from here on Preacher's Island!
