In the hallway shelves, you will find fluffy towels, linen and extra bedding. The queen size bed has a remote to raise the back or feet and also has massage features. The large walk in closet provides additional storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower stall (not seen in photos). There is an additional coat closet not pictured in the front hallway. The 12-unit building has an on-site laundry room. Finally, you will not need to shop for cleaning supplies as the unit comes stocked with what you will need for cleaning and maintaining this immaculate unit. I am also upgrading the windows to minimize UV/heat during the summer months. I have just replaced the heater to keep you warm as we experience colder winters with climate change.

Only two blocks from the beach; which has recently been upgraded with wider walking/bike path, basketball and volleyball courts; and walking distance to two weekly farmers markets, LB arts district, rear row, historic Pine Avenue and popular Shoreline Village shops and restaurants. You are only 10-15 minutes from the blue line Metro that connects you to all of Los Angeles. The 765 square foot unit includes a secure garage for your car in this popular and parking impacted neighborhood. You will have two great neighbors and love this enchanting neighborhood.

Terms of lease are flexible - 6 months to a year. Owner pays for water, gas and electricity. Tenant pays for cable and internet. Absolutely no smoking in the unit and the HOA does not allow for pets - sorry.
