Also, a rice cooker, George Forman Grill, blender and bullet mixer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and air fryer are all provided. In the hallway shelves, you will find fluffy towels, linen and extra bedding. The queen size bed has a remote to raise the back or feet and also has massage features. The large walk in closet provides additional storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower stall (not seen in photos). There is an additional coat closet not pictured in the front hallway. The 12-unit building has an on-site laundry room. Finally, you will not need to shop for cleaning supplies as the unit comes stocked with what you will need for cleaning and maintaining this immaculate unit. I am also upgrading the windows to minimize UV/heat during the summer months. I have just replaced the heater to keep you warm as we experience colder winters with climate change.

Only two blocks from the beach; which has recently been upgraded with wider walking/bike path, basketball and volleyball courts; and walking distance to two weekly farmers markets, LB arts district, rear row, historic Pine Avenue and popular Shoreline Village shops and restaurants. You are only 10-15 minutes from the blue line Metro that connects you to all of Los Angeles. The 765 square foot unit includes a secure garage for your car in this popular and parking impacted neighborhood. You will have two great neighbors and love this enchanting neighborhood.

Terms of lease are flexible - 6 months to a year. Owner pays for water, gas and electricity. Tenant pays for cable and internet. Absolutely no smoking in the unit and the HOA does not allow for pets - sorry.
