  • Timm
"Itโ€™s a 20 or so years old neighborhood, but everyone is friendly, there is one way in and out (so itโ€™s pretty secure), and thereโ€™s a small lake (about an acre) in the back of the neighborhood that people fish and runners and bikers can include in their run/ride. "
  • Headpnut416
"Family friendly, Shenandoah Subdivision is a great place to live. Within our subdivision there is a BREC Park, Shenandoah Elementary, Green Trails Subdivision, Southern Oaks Athletic Club with pools and tennis courts. Our subdivision is surrounded by many great sit down and fast food restaurants, grocery and drug stores, churches of many different denominations, movie theaters and automobile repair shops. St. George Fire Department is a mile away and they drive around Shenandoah Subdivision with Santa on the back of the fire engine and his helpers throwing candy. Shenandoah has the convenience of a big city with a small town feel. "
  • KIMBERLY

Also very unsafe I have spoken to a neighbor and her first dog was stolen from her small fenced areaโ€ฆso soon as I can Iโ€™m moving"
  • Leason3
