Rancher-style home for rent in a quiet Hixson neighborhood. Located on a small street near Northgate, Hixson Pike, and 153. Great for families with pets. Large fenced-in backyard and amazing neighbors. Patio area in back for sitting outside/furniture. New roof and HVAC system this year. Private owner with building and maintenance experience. We will repair anything quickly. House remodeled four years ago. Only three renters so far. Bright indoor light with beautiful hardwood floors.

Open to renting for more than one year. Renter pays electricity and water. Electricity with internet runs around $150 a month through EPB. Water is around $50 every other month. Owner takes care of yard maintenance (mowing) through the summer months, if desired. Owner also provides free gutter cleaning and free pest control. $200 cleaning fee for pets. Please no smoking. Big yard, so we welcome gardening. Parking in the garage and in the driveway.
