Guest access - You will have full private access to a 2-bedroom, one bath apartment (including kitchen, living room, dining room and two utility rooms). This apartment is in a 16-unit apartment building with all other units being occupied by full time residents.

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a heavenly king size memory-foam mattress on a platform bed. Think of this as your beach getaway with classic skyline. Enjoy and relax in this warm mid-century style bedroom.

Living Room / 2nd Bedroom - Our second bedroom is a convertible room that may change from a living room to a 2nd bedroom or even to a baby's room. Each bedroom comes with its own walk-in closet with plenty of space for you.

Bathroom - Full-service bathroom supplies: In addition to fresh towels, you now have a selection of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer. You'll pretty much just needs clothes!

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a pots and pans, spices and with plenty of room for your groceries. You can even bake a cake.

Dining Room - The dining area features a 4-person dining table perfect for your group feasts. It also has a relaxing reading corner for your favorite pass time.

Amenities - In the evening after your walk on the beach, you can log on using your account to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO on one of our Smart TV flat screens.

Beach supplies: Grab a beach towel and a frisbee and hit the sand. The beach is just one block away so who can resist!?

A brand-new washing machine and a dryer are in the apartment.

Baby Supplies: We have a travel bed and highchair ready, as well as toys and children's crockery

Dog Supplies: A brand-new dog bed and a food bowl is waiting for your furry friend.

Parking - Parking is tricky in all Long Beach neighborhoods including this one, so skip renting a car and use Lyft/Uber. If you come with your car, free street parking is available, be aware of the parking signs.
