Available now!! Three bedroom one and a half bath townhouse. Fenced in backyard with a one car, attached garage fridge dishwasher and oven included and laundry hook ups available in the basement. central heating and air. No smoking allowed inside the unit. A $1,700.00 deposit will be required as well as first months rent of $1,700.00 upon lease start date of April 1, 2025.

Pets are allowed within reason. An additional $250 nonrefundable pet deposit will be required regardless of the number of pets. An additional $25 per month will be added to rent amount for each animal in the unit.

Tenant will be responsible for gas, electric, and water. Renters insurance will be required.

Proof of income and favorable rental history will be required. There is no application fee required.

Downtown Bloomington is where the highest concentration of crime happens. Mostly the college kids are targeted, but just be a little more cautious around there."
