About an acre of land, the tenant is responsible for maintaining the front and backyard. Older house (built in 'the 70s) with some updated features and appliances. The home has sustained some damage from the previous tenant, we're currently working to fix the damages. Looking for a responsible tenant that can maintain the home and that is willing to work with us while we make updates/repairs to the home every now and then.

    "It’s shocking seeing rent become so high in certain neighborhoods in Jacksonville. I have never in a million years thought I’d see duplexes in New River going for $1100! And Town Center apartments being over $1300 a month! That is ridiculous. Rentals in that area were between 550-700. That is so sad."

    "It’s mind blowing to see Jacksonville’s rent prices skyrocket. Duplexes surrounding the New River neighborhood use to be 595-700 a month and now they are in the high 900’s and 1,000’s. That is so sad. I never thought I’d see the day where rentals on Starling St and York St and other streets are 1000-1200. That is RIDICULOUS for that area."

    "I'm not aware of community events besides Halloween but the people are friendly and there is a few schools very close to the actual neighborhood. I have never had any issues living here and it has been a very safe environment so far from the time that I have lived here. I am very happy with everything except the roads which are bumpy and some potholes. These items get taken care of throughout the year."
