A private school quality education in a public school. AME is consistently one of the top two elementary schools in Manatee County. Middle school teachers say that the kids coming out of AME are much better prepared and ahead of many of the students from other elementary schools. The teachers are absolutely fabulous and care about their students. The PTO steps up and raises a lot of money to offset what the school doesn't receive from the county. The whole experience is rare and special.

Deans and half of the teachers will most definitely be Targeting specific kids who are struggling and mostly never hear or negotiate about their storyOverall manatee high school itself is good but the deans and half of the teachers (they are rare good/understanding teacher) need too stop being biased on studentsP.s. my little brother was done wrong and almost a mental breakdown/his breaking point Also, another p.s. (manatee charges money too high)

The overall environment at KMA was very negative for me. Many students—and even some teachers—were rude and disrespectful. I was bullied constantly in 6th grade last year, and nothing meaningful was done to stop it. Thankfully, I was able to transfer schools this year because the bullying became too much to handle.Teachers often gave out referrals without clear or fair explanations, and their reasoning didn’t always make sense. It felt like they didn’t take the time to understand situations properly. The school is made to sound nice, friendly, and well-run, but from my experience, that’s far from the truth. I would not recommend sending your child here.
