"Like all places do your homework, it has very bad parts too. Crime and drugs are rising here. We had cars Brocken into regularly since we moved here. Now leaving the area. So look at crime maps and police reports "

"Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "

"St. Charles has always been my favorite place to live! you can walk safely for miles. The Katy trail and Main street are worth paying a little more to live within walking distance, but I will say the cost of living has started to really increase in the past 5 years in this area."
