First of all, let's address the location--it ROCKS! You will be less than a 5 minute drive from shopping, restaurants, the movie theater and the interstate. The neighborhood offers a playground and a nice, new convenience store within a 5 minute WALK on the sidewalk (throughout the neighborhood)."
