Water proofed ( with lifetime transferable warranty ) full basement with vented glass block windows. Gas hot water tank less than 5 years old. Furnace and A/C are 8-10 years old, windows and roof about 11 years old. This house was totally rebuild about 11 years ago due to an electrical fire.

Good luck if you live on it just think you gotta be there a whole year if you sign a lease with the owner. I live around the corner from this block. It’s stay live every day."

    "All of the clubs and Friday get togethers in this neighborhood are so much fun. People watch each other's kids. All the kids play down at the neighborhood park and private beach. There is no through traffic. It's extremely quiet at night. Location in Green is perfect. Close enough to Akron and Canton. "

    "I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 18 years. I’ve seen this neighborhood’s qualities shine recently. We know several neighbors on first name basis. People in the area are friendly in general. I recently got a puppy and the neighborhood is convenient for walking and there are many pet owners around and kids playing outside so it provides a homey feel. It’s a very central location to several major commerce areas too. "
