"Maryville is a great town to raise a family in. There are tons of older homes south and southeast of campus that are relatively student-free and great places to raise a family. There are other neat neighborhoods in Maryville too, but the character of the owner-occupied homes along 1st, 2nd, and 3rd is fantastic."
