Located along Hwy 385 behind Crazy Horse Memorial, with gorgeous granite views and the Mickelson Trail nearby. Lot size is under the 1-acre minimum needed for septic systems, so a variance is required, or you can install a holding tank. There's also an old well along the west side of the property, and its viability is unknown. A tiny home may also be built with a holding tank rather than a septic system. Lot size may adjust slightly, as a property pin is being moved by Anderson Engineering, and will be completed prior to closing. Tiny Tenderfoot Creek, which flows along the western edge of the property, comes with some floodplain. Buyers to determine the size and location of a holding tank with the help of the South Dakota Dept of Energy & Natural Resources and Custer County Planning and Zoning, based on the buyer's use of and design for the property.
